1. What the product is

AI Chat Analyzer is a digital tool that turns user-provided chat screenshots into an editable transcript, calculates communication patterns, and generates a customized relationship-reflection report. The paid product is a one-time digital report, not a subscription. An optional, separately priced “Scorched Earth” upgrade changes the tone of an existing report without changing its underlying evidence.

2. AI disclosure

Our service is an independent interface and analysis workflow built on top of third-party artificial-intelligence models. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the underlying model providers. AI recognition and generated conclusions can be incomplete or wrong. Review the recognized text before analysis and use the report as reflection or entertainment—not as psychological, medical, legal, safety, or relationship-decision advice.

3. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may only submit conversations you have the lawful right to process. Do not submit stolen, unlawfully obtained, exploitative, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise illegal material, or use the service to stalk, harass, impersonate, or harm another person.

4. Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment collection, applicable taxes, and receipts. After a successful one-time payment, you are returned to this website and the purchased report is generated automatically. No recurring subscription is created.

The encrypted analysis task expires for privacy and security. Complete checkout and save or print the delivered report promptly. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, contact us with the Creem order ID so we can restore access or issue an eligible refund.

5. Fair use

A purchase covers one report for one submitted chat analysis. You may save that report for personal use. You may not resell access, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, evade security controls, or use outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person.

6. Ownership

You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. We retain rights in the website, product design, prompts, analysis workflow, software, and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use your generated report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service and reports are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Chat Analyzer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages arising from reliance on an automated report. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

9. Refunds, changes, and contact
