01 — THE PRODUCT

What AI Chat Analyzer does

AI Chat Analyzer turns chat screenshots into a structured reflection on visible communication behavior. It looks at signals such as who contributes messages, who asks questions, whether replies are consistently brief, who appears to restart conversations, and whether talk about plans becomes concrete follow-through.

The product exists because confusing conversations invite selective reading. One affectionate sentence can become the star witness while a week of vague replies quietly leaves the courtroom. We organize the full sample, show the evidence behind the interpretation, and use a blunt friend-like voice to make the pattern easier to confront.

That voice is a product choice, not a license to fabricate certainty. The tone can be sharp; the evidence rules cannot. A report may challenge the user's preferred interpretation, but it must not invent motives, diagnose a person, claim that somebody is cheating, or present an emotion as proven fact.

02 — THE LINE WE DO NOT CROSS

What the product cannot know

A screenshot is a partial record. It does not contain body language, offline behavior, cultural context, private circumstances, or every message that was never captured. Even a long transcript cannot reveal another person's private intent with certainty.

For that reason, our reports distinguish an observation from an interpretation. “One participant sent most of the recognized messages” is an observation. “That participant is more in love” is not. “Three direct planning questions received no concrete answer” can be checked against the supplied text. “The other person fears intimacy” would be an unsupported psychological story.

Reports are intended for entertainment and communication reflection. They are not therapy, mental-health assessment, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for direct communication and personal safety planning.

03 — RESPONSIBILITY

How we publish, review, and correct information

The AI Chat Analyzer product team is responsible for the product interface, analysis rules, editorial explanations, safety boundaries, and updates to this website. We do not claim clinical credentials, and we do not present the service as psychological diagnosis or scientific prediction.

Material explanations of the analysis process are documented on our Methodology and Evidence Standards page. When we refer to outside research, we link to the original paper or an authoritative institutional source and explain whether the research directly informs a feature or merely provides relevant context.

If you find a factual error, broken source, misleading explanation, or product output that appears to violate these boundaries, email support@aichatanalyzer.com. Include the page URL and the statement you believe is wrong. Do not send private screenshots unless support specifically needs them and you are comfortable doing so.

04 — PRIVACY AND BUSINESS MODEL

How the product is funded and how data is handled

The English product offers a free preview and sells a one-time full report for $4.99. It is not a subscription. The paid relationship does not change our evidence standard: buying a report does not purchase a more dramatic or more pessimistic conclusion.

Uploaded screenshots are processed to recognize the conversation. Original images are not written to the payment-entitlement database, and recognized chat content is not stored alongside payment records. The full data flow, provider processing, retention limits, and user choices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

For purchase terms and support, see the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Contact page.
